The upgraded suite had a window that opened onto a residential building across from it, but I was fine with that. After all, rest is the most important thing after a tiring trip. There's another window over the bathtub, with picturesque greenery outside and a sideways view of the river. There's a swimming pool on the 12th floor. While not large, I went there at night to take photos. The shimmering night view is beautiful and photogenic. Breakfast was my own expense. The room is much bigger than other hotels of the same price. The shower and toilet are separated and big! The most important thing is that it is clean. On the second night of our stay, the TV suddenly stopped working. The customer service lady solved the problem quickly and accurately. She told us that it might be caused by the wifi reception. We restarted it and it was fixed immediately. After leaving the hotel, we found that we forgot to take a towel left in the closet. We called the front desk and they replied to me in less than 5 minutes and immediately arranged for SF Express to send it back.
